This is the first major city you visit after Luterra, and you have the choice to establish your new base of operations there if you so choose. It has everything that you could possibly require, including every shop that could possibly exist as well as portals that lead to all of the content that is available at the end of the game. It's a huge refuge that extends across all three of the playable levels in the game. Mokoko Seed One serves as the location of the regulator's administrative headquarters.
1. You should enter the Regulator's Quarters after taking a few steps to the north of the Register Return Point, which is situated just to the north of the center of Stern

One of the Mokoko Seed Seven Experiences, the Hall of Transcendence
The primary entrance to the Hall of Transcendence is situated directly to the north of the Industrial District Triport, and it allows players to gain access to the hall. You will find yourself in a room that is filled with a multitude of bookcases in addition to having four desks in it. You will find the seventh mokoko seed if you go to the eastern corner of the room. It is partially hidden by the bookcases that are arranged on the floor of the room. It is important to take note that while you are in the hall, you can also find all three parts of the hidden story, The Greatest Evolution Form in Arthetine, which you require for your Adventurer's Tome. These are available for your perusal while you are in the corridor.
In addition to its other name, the Industrial District is known as Mokoko Seed Eight.
You should head in the direction of the path that leads directly south from the Industrial District Triport if that is where you are starting from. Continue climbing the stairs to the east until you reach the level where the raid terminals and managers are located, and then head in that direction. You need to turn your head to the right in order to see a conveyor belt. A mokoko seed can be found hidden directly behind the two crates that are leaning up against the metal panel that is adjacent to it.
Numbers Nine and Ten for Mokoko Seed in the Market District
You can get to Neria's Tavern by going to the Market District Triport and immediately heading north after ascending a few steps. Along the way, you will come across Press Operator Volk. After entering, make a sharp left turn at the bar, and then proceed directly across the main room until you reach Neria, who is positioned by the stage. Continue along the east wall until you reach the red curtain, at which point turn right into the corner by the stage. From there, continue along the west wall.
After leaving Neria's Tavern, continue traveling west along the path, but stay on the southern side of the path the entire time. Just after you pass a large industrial vehicle that is yellow and orange on your left, you will see a panel leaning against the wall to your left. This will happen immediately after you pass the vehicle. If you reach Print Shop Owner Rickman, you've gone too far down this path. If you get that far, you might as well give up because you already lost.
Mokoko Seeds 11 and 12 are collectively referred to as the Business District.
After departing from the Business District Triport, proceed in the direction of the eastern boundary of the area. At some point, you will arrive at a door that, when opened, will allow you to enter the offices of Hoyte News. There are two reporters, both of whom are seated at their respective desks when you go there. In the same nook where a ladder is propped up against a large bookcase, there is also a mokoko that can be found. To the right of the ladder is where you'll find the mokoko. On your way, you will come across Leia, who works as a Market Broker. When you get to the bottom, turn directly to the west, and then take the left fork up the stairs that are being guarded by two soldiers. After you've done that, you'll be at the top. You'll find the twelfth seed at the very bottom of the stairs, to the immediate left of the tree.
You should be aware that while you are in the Business District, you will be able to find parts one and four of the hidden story titled The Answer to the Agony in this area. By activating the screens that are situated outside the entrance to the Stern Times Office, you will be able to read the first portion of the article.
