We heard that it was once the case the case that Madden NFL cover duties would be an easy task. Gridiron players would do very well, EA Sports would offer the player money to be featured at the top of the game and the player would be forced to withdraw from the following season because of a serious injury. Clean, simple, easy.
However, this year, EA Sports has thrown a monkey wrench into its well-oiled machine across every football franchise. Instead of choosing one character to cover Madden NFL 24, EA has decided to release the individual editions using an individual athlete, with Ryan McFadden being featured on his Xbox 360, Ryan on the PS5 edition Michigan State's Sparty as the mascot Sparty to the Wii and more to follow.
The issue of confusion has also been raised regarding NFL Head Coach 2009. The game was initially revealed in the month of February EA declared that Colts captain Tony Dungy would be featured on the front and back. But, the cover of Dungy was questioned when EA declared the game would only be released only in the collector's edition that retails for $90. Madden NFL 24, and the confusion didn't end until the beginning of this week when EA agreed to the outrage of fans and announced it would get an independent release.
There are rumors being circulated about who will be the person to cover the flagship game of EA's soccer franchises: Madden NFL 24. According to an article on GameDaily the responsibility of covering will be handled by Green Bay Packers maestro Brett Favre. What made the gaming website come to this conclusion? EA has stated on its official website that its athlete who will cover the game will be announced on the morning of as well as Brett Favre scheduled to appear on Late Show With David Letterman on tonight.
