The Best Endgame Druid Build in Diablo 4

This build is not without its flaws, as it relies entirely on one unique item. Without the Tempest Roar unique helmet, this build would not be possible. Given how rare and unpredictable unique item drops are, the barrier to entry for starting this build is extremely high, and it is only for players who have already fully immersed themselves in the endgame content. This may require a lot of Diablo 4 Gold to support your build, which you can try to buy at IGGM, and you can also get 6% off at IGGM right now with Coupon Code "S4D4".

To fully utilize the power of the Druid Werewolf Tornado in Diablo IV, choosing the right gear and attributes is absolutely essential. The most important item listed below is undoubtedly the Storm's Roar Helm. This unique attribute converts all Storm skills into Werewolf skills and greatly increases damage while transformed.

While Storm's Roar makes this build possible, many of the aspects listed above overshadow the relative shortcomings of Werewolf Tornado. Compared to melee tanking classes such as the Barbarian, Druids take significantly less damage. The Strength and Shapeshift aspects are especially helpful in increasing your damage resistance and using the Unstoppable status effect more often.

When paired with the appropriate skills and passives, this build has almost no weaknesses. While this is a very gear-dependent and unique build, it is perfect for any Druid who wants to change up their playstyle in the late game.

In addition to this

For the Werewolf Tornado Druid, the main skills that remain on your action bar will remain as core and companion skills. Given the name of the build, Tornado will become your main function and tool when fighting large groups or single targets.

The Wolf, Raven, and Viper are all very useful, albeit temporarily summoned. All three skills are valuable, with Viper providing CC and poison effects, Wolf dealing increased single target damage, and Raven providing much needed AoE attacks.

In addition to these active skills, you'll want to get a few Spirit Boons on your skill tree. Wild Rage, Masochism, Vigilance, Energized, Iron Feathers, and Bird's Fury are all excellent additions to this build. Since you'll be spending most of your attack time in the shapeshifted form, Wild Rage is the most important additional passive skill.

Masochistic also provides incredible sustain, trading damage output for health. The core gameplay loop of this build only comes into play when paired with Tempest Roar, but it's fairly straightforward after that.

After getting Tempest Roar, it's best to continue through the Werewolf Form board to get abilities that synergize with the new shapeshift bonuses. It's also important to prioritize Spirit generation abilities, given that you'll be constantly burning through your Spirit bar with Tornado and summon abilities. While extremely dependent on getting the right gear, the end product is well worth it in Diablo IV.
