Application scope and working mechanism of the Remote Pilot Control Box

The Remote Pilot Control Box adopts the pulse jet cleaning technology for dust cleaning, dust removal, low emission concentration, small air leakage rate, low energy consumption, low steel consumption, small floor area, stable operation and good economic benefits. It is applicable to flue gas dust removal in the metallurgy, building materials, machinery, chemical, power and light industry sectors. The box body adopts an airtight design with good sealing performance. The inspection door is made of high-quality sealing materials. During the manufacturing process, kerosene is used for leak detection, and the air leakage rate is very low. The compartmentalized stop-air pulse jet cleaning is adopted, which has a long cleaning cycle and low consumption, and can multiply the service life of the filter bags and valve plates. The upper bag extraction method is adopted to facilitate the operation and running of bag changing. The working mechanism of the Remote Pilot Control Box is that the dusty flue gas passes through the filter material, and the dust particles are filtered out. The coarse dust particles captured by the filter material mainly rely on the inertial collision effect, and the fine dust particles captured mainly rely on the diffusion and sieving effects. The dust layer of the filter material also has a filtering effect. In many large-scale industrial production processes, dust removal is a crucial part. To prevent the loss and flow of dust during production, many large-scale machines are equipped with dust outlets and corresponding dust removal bags, thus maintaining a clean and stable production environment. Dust is an important factor causing explosions and various accidents, which can have a very adverse impact on the production environment and the operation of machinery. Therefore, a dust-proof bag system with a strong sealing structure and good operational attributes is a very important auxiliary device. In current industrial production, most Remote Pilot Control boxes are composed of air inlets, processing boxes and the corresponding circular or flat cloth bags.

The filter cloth used in the Remote Pilot Control Box is made of three major types of raw materials: fibers, synthetic fibers and inorganic fibers. Filter cloth is classified into three types based on processing methods: woven fabric, nonwoven fabric and composite fabric. Commonly used materials in dust removal projects include polyester flanked fabric, needle-punched felt, filter cloth and glass fiber filter cloth, as well as filter cloth coated with film. The main technical parameters of the dust collector are air volume, gas temperature, dust concentration and humidity. According to the higher values of air volume, gas temperature and dust concentration in the process design, if they are slightly smaller than the values in the technical performance table, the corresponding model of the dust collector will be the required model of the dust collector. The filter material used will be determined based on the inlet concentration, gas temperature and moisture content. In the compressed air consumption column, the proposed air consumption indicates that the air consumption of this model of equipment is high.

The working temperature of the Remote Pilot Control Box is high, the processing air volume is small, the equipment is simple, and it is relatively easy to avoid the cooling and condensation of flue gas. Determining the appropriate working temperature for flue gas dust removal is of great significance for maintaining good filtration conditions and extending the service life of filter bags. The strength of various filter cloths varies with factors such as temperature, humidity and operating time. When purifying high-temperature flue gas, the appropriate filter cloth should be selected based on its heat resistance and the composition of the flue gas. For normal dust-laden air at room temperature to remove dust, only humidity is an issue, but it only prevents standing water from entering the dust removal system, which is often quite simple. For high-temperature flue gas dust removal, it is necessary to control both excessively high flue gas temperatures to prevent the filter cloth from being burned and excessively low temperatures to prevent flue gas condensation and corrosion. During the purification process of the dusty flue gas Remote Pilot Control Box, as long as the temperature resistance conditions of the filter cloth permit, the flue gas temperature should be made as high as possible to keep the interior of the dust collector dry and the dust cleaning proceeds normally, thereby creating favorable operating conditions. Therefore, it is important to develop filter materials with strong heat resistance. Currently, glass fiber filter materials have this advantage. The Remote Pilot Control Box controls the operating temperature within the allowable range of the filter cloth. Because a temperature that is too low may cause condensation, and a temperature that is too high will cause the filter cloth to age prematurely. In addition, the situation of sudden and sharp increase in temperature should also be avoided. The environmental protection industry has regulations that the flue gas temperature of boilers and the flue gas temperature after the waste heat boiler recovers the waste heat from the flue gas should be controlled below 250℃. In design, the flue gas temperature is determined by the dew point that appears inside the dust collector. The temperature of the high-temperature gas filtration process is between 200 and 250 degrees Celsius.

The Remote Pilot Control Box is widely applied in industries such as mining, cement, metallurgy and steel, grain, and machinery. In the power industry, in thermal power plants, the Remote Pilot Control Box is deployed on a single machine for dust removal in coal conveying systems and pneumatic ash removal. The Remote Pilot Control Box has not been substantially and widely applied in the tail dust removal of power station boilers. However, with the continuous improvement of the production technology of accessories such as Remote Pilot Control Box filter materials, the factors that originally failed in the application of Remote Pilot Control Box in flue gas dust removal of coal-fired boilers are gradually being solved. The timing for the promotion and application of the Remote Pilot Control Box is increasingly ripe. The two most commonly used dust removal devices at present are electrostatic precipitators and fabric Remote Pilot Control Box.
