Selection of the accuracy grade of fc-h2s-100 hydrogen sulfide sensor

The accuracy level of the fc-h2s-100 hydrogen sulfide sensor includes the nonlinearity, creep, creep recovery, hysteresis, repeatability, sensitivity and other technical indicators of the sensor. When choosing the fc-h2s-100 hydrogen sulfide sensor, not only should high-end sensors be pursued, but also the accuracy requirements and cost of the electronic scale should be considered. The selection of sensor grades must meet the following two conditions:

Meet the requirements of instrument input. The weighing display instrument amplifies the output signal of the fc-h2s-100 hydrogen sulfide sensor and performs analog-to-digital conversion to display the weighing result. Therefore, the output signal of the fc-h2s-100 hydrogen sulfide sensor must be greater than or equal to the input signal required by the display instrument. That is, the output sensitivity of the fc-h2s-100 hydrogen sulfide sensor is substituted into the matching formula between the fc-h2s-100 hydrogen sulfide sensor and the instrument. The calculation result must be greater than or equal to the input sensitivity required by the instrument.

The matching formula between the sensor and the instrument: sensor output sensitivity * excitation power supply voltage * maximum number of scales * number of sensors * sensor range: For example, a 20-kilogram quantitative packaging scale has a maximum of 1000 scales. The scale body adopts the DY-306 sensor, with a measurement range of 20kg, a sensitivity of 2.00.008mv/v, and a power supply of 12V. The scale adopts the DY054 display instrument. Ask whether the sensor used can match the instrument. Solution: The input sensitivity of the DY054 display instrument is 0.6v/ D. Therefore, according to the matching formula between the fc-h2s-100 hydrogen sulfide sensor and the display instrument, the actual input signal of the instrument is 21225/1000325=8v/d > 0.6v/d. Therefore, the adopted fc-h2s-100 hydrogen sulfide sensor meets the input sensitivity requirements of the display instrument and can be matched with the selected instrument.

2. Meet the accuracy requirements of the entire electronic scale. The electronic scale is mainly composed of the scale body, fc-h2s-100 hydrogen sulfide sensor and display instrument. When choosing the accuracy of the fc-h2s-100 hydrogen sulfide sensor, the accuracy of the fc-h2s-100 hydrogen sulfide sensor should be slightly higher than the theoretical calculated value, because the theory is often limited by objective conditions, such as the almost poor strength of the scale body. The performance of the instrument is not very good, and the working environment of the scale is not good, which directly affects the accuracy requirements of the scale. Therefore, it is necessary to raise the requirements in all aspects and take economic benefits into consideration to ensure the realization of the goals.
