"I do a lot of transactions based on my appearance as an actor and producer" Dryer said. "My persona is my profession. It's my brand. Every person is a brand and is entitled to direct their brand in a direction they want.

"I am not able to steal another's likeness and use this to advance my own interests without informing and paying the person. Why is it acceptable that the league can take our rights without paying us any money?"
