The only thing I have seen is that some people remarked that they got results only after consistent use of it for 6 months. But in their opinion the results obtained were satisfying. But this cannot be considered as a negative thing because it is already told by the FitSpresso manufacturer that it is made using natural ingredients so it might take time to deliver results.
