Vogue Williams says 'I'm overwhelmed' as she opens up on home struggles

Vogue Williams confessed she was feeling “overwhelmed” at home with husband Spencer Matthews and their young family. The Irish television and radio presenter shares children Theodore, five, Gigi, four, and Otto, three, with the former Made in Chelsea star. On her My Therapist Ghosted Me podcast with comedian Joanne McNally, Vogue admitted being home with the children was too much. Having been inside for a “solid week”, the 39-year-old said she “can’t stand being” home because of the noise. Instead, she says she needs a “hiding place” to escape for a break. I feel overwhelmed in this house, it’s probably because I have been here for like a solid week. “Now I’m just like ‘get me out of this house’. I can’t stand being here anymore, the kids are just so loud and you can’t get away from it ever. Vogue and Spencer share three children together. I need a house where you can hide, I need a hiding place.” Podcast co-host Joanne agreed, and said Vogue’s home needs a “panic room” where she can escape the hustle and bustle of daily life. She said: “It needs to be soundproof because they can smell you. “I’ve seen them find us in bedrooms because they can smell Vogue through the walls. They can smell the milk or whatever.” Read More Related Articles Remembering the famous Irish faces and stars we lost in 2024 Read More Related Articles Liam Payne's final hours disclosed in court as five charged over his death Vogue and Spencer recently revealed they plan to “focus on their family” as their life as a couple in 2025 instead of welcoming another child into their lives. It came as Vogue admitted she didn’t feel ready to breastfeed again so soon after having Otto. Speaking on their Spencer and Vogue podcast, the Strictly Come Dancing contestant said: "I think we have decided that we are quite happy with three kids." Spencer, 36, added: "I think, for now, we have decided that we want to focus on our beautiful family as it is, because we have had so many years of it just being hectic. Like, it's just beginning to feel normal now, and every time we get to that, we bolt on another kid." Vogue and Spencer say they want to "focus on their family" this year. (Image: GETTY) He also confessed to a moment of realisation, saying: "I woke up the other day and thought, 'I've got three f****** kids'. It just suddenly hit me, it was quite weird." Vogue responded: "I just want to be able to take them to New York next year and if you throw another baby into the mix, you can't do stuff like that. I can't breastfeed for another year." Spencer said another child would mean Vogue was “basically out of order for another three years” should the couple have another child. The couple also have big plans for the year ahead, with Spencer planning to enter the record books again by completing an Ironman triathlon in every continent. The star set the Guinness World Record for completing 30 marathons in 30 days through the Jordanian Desert. Vogue meanwhile is planning more holidays and wants to focus on her career, including her book deal.
