VPR's Tom Sandoval Makes Rare Comment About Ex Ariana Madix

"I've learned recently that I can handle anything that's thrown at me in life," she told E! that May. "I think that that was something I was always scared of."

Indeed, the 40-year-old has found herself in a new era of her life, with a lot of opportunities. Along with her Broadway debut in Chicago, she's made herself at home in Fiji as the latest host for Love Island USA.

"The one thing that I've learned about myself is that the busier I am, the more I feel I'm capable of handling," Ariana told E! last May. "It's those moments when I have too much downtime that I start to get antsy and feel like I need more."

Looking at her onstage debut, she gushed, "I'm so proud of myself for being able to do that."
