I think that as a woman it’s so important to have a father figure in your life. Not everyone has the same experience with their parents. However, I learned this: time is running out. Parents aren’t with us forever…. When your parents pass all we have is a memory. I would never want to hold a grudge against my family, because I know that I don’t have much time with them. So instead of fighting I choose to forgive🤍 I put my ego to the side, and what a reward it’s been to rebuild my relationship with my father.

Time for a girly pop workout vlog💞 first off, we had to run through an entire rainstorm just to get to the front door😅😅 we did a leg day of course booty pump is necessary and we also wore pink, which is also necessary. The workout was: Warm up treadmill 10 min Hip thrusts 3x10 Cable kickbacks 3x10 (each leg) Leg curls 3x10 Sumo kb squat 3x10 RDLS 3x10 We added a different variations and used different machines, but these were the basics of our workout💞
