30 Years of 311
311 is an American rock band formed in Omaha, Nebraska, in 1988 by Nick Hexum, Aaron “P-Nut” Wills, Chad Sexton, Jim Watson, and Doug “SA” Martinez. 311 is an alternative rock band that fuses rock, reggae, and funk, and has built a loyal fan base that has lasted more than three decades and counting. With a devoted fan following and a legacy spanning three decades, the band continues to level up and bring fresh vibes to the scene.
311 has released 14 studio albums to date, starting with Dammit! and Unity in 1990 and 1991, respectively. The band started gaining velocity in 1993 with the release of Music, followed by Grassroots the following year. In 1995, 311 went platinum with their self-titled album 311, with mega hits like “Down” and “All Mixed Up.” Fast forward to 2024, and the band released Full Bloom.
Summer Tour is Loading
311 and Dirty Heads are teaming up once again for a 2026 North American co-headline summer tour, bringing their signature blend of rock, reggae, and hip-hop to outdoor venues across the continent. The tour kicks off July 11 at Mystic Lake Amphitheater in Shakopee, MN, and will make stops in Chicago, Wantagh, Toronto, Denver, Concord, Austin, Tampa, and more before wrapping up August 30 at iTHINK Financial Amphitheater in West Palm Beach, FL.
