Donald Trump's awkward age-gap jibe to wife Melania
Just days after US President Donald Trump and First Lady Melania hit out at comic Jimmy Kimmel for a jab at their age-gap marriage, Trump made his own joke on the matter.
The first family of the United States of America have been hosting King Charles and Camilla in recent days.
The British monarch arrived to Washington earlier in the week for a four-day visit alongside his wife.

The couple were greeted by the Trumps at the White House, and have been carrying out a series of political events.
The state visit got underway on Monday, with a garden party being held, while Charles delivered a speech to the US Congress on Tuesday, followed by a state dinner at the White House that evening.
During his welcoming speech to the King on Tuesday, Trump detailed the deep connections between the US and UK over the 250 years since America’s independnece.

The 79-year-old spoke of his Scottish-born mother, Mary McLeod Trump, and her admiration for the late Queen Elizabeth.
The president detailed how his mum emigrated from Scotland when she was just 19 years old, and enjoyed a 63-year marriage with his father, Fred.
Turning to his own wife, who is 24 years his junior, Trump joked: ‘That’s a record we won’t be able to match, darling.

‘I’m sorry, it’s just not going to work out that way. We’ll do well, but we’re not going to do that well.’
Trump had been married to his second wife, Marla, when he first met Melania in 1998.
His marriage to Marla ended in 1999. It wasn’t until 2005 when he wed Melania.

The American president’s first wife was Ivanka. The couple were wed from 1977 to 1990.
The age-gap joke comes only days after presenter Jimmy Kimmel came under fire for a similar jibe at the couple’s age difference.
A picture of the First Lady appeared as Kimmel delivered the opening monologue to his late night show.
‘Our First Lady, Melania, is here,’ he said, ‘Look at Melania, so beautiful.
‘Mrs Trump, you have a glow like an expectant widow.’
Unfortunately, the joke didn’t go down well, with Trump calling for Kimmel’s axing from Disney and ABC, and Melania branding it ‘hateful and violent.’
