The document further identified pulmonary embolism and hereditary coagulopathy as contributing conditions.The Mayo Clinic explains that coagulopathy is a genetic condition which affects clot formation, while a pulmonary embolism is a blockage caused by a blood clot in the lung’s arteries.Patrick Muldoon’s remains were cremated on April 28, as stated in his death certificate.In one of his final social media posts, Patrick expressed his enthusiasm for the crime thriller Kockroach, starring Chris Hemsworth and Taron Egerton, where he was also credited as an executive producer."So excited to be a part of this amazing project KOCKROACH directed by Matt Ross starring Chris Hemsworth, Taron Edgerton, Zazzie Beetz and Alec Baldwin," he wrote in the caption.
