Hello, one of the most emotional experiences of my life began with a visit to the Delta Airlines Cartagena Office in Colombia. I had been considering the idea of surprising my parents on their 30th anniversary for months. I was anxious and excited at the same time when I entered the office since I wanted everything to go as smoothly as possible. I had no trouble sorting out all the trip details thanks to the staff's kindness and patience. I felt more at peace because of their encouragement, and as I left the office, I imagined the priceless moment when I would finally see my parents' pleased and surprised faces.
