Fiber laser cutting machine is the laser emitted from the laser, through the optical path system, focused into a high power density laser beam. The laser beam irradiates the surface of the workpiece, causing the workpiece to reach its melting or boiling point, while a high-pressure gas coaxial to the beam blows the molten or vaporized metal away. People should pay attention to the following points when using laser cutting machines.

1. Comply with the general cutting machine operation specification process. Start the laser in strict accordance with the laser start-up procedure.
2. The operator must be trained and familiar with the structure and performance of the equipment and master the knowledge about the operating system.
3. Observe the high voltage specification process when maintaining. Every 40 hours of operation or weekly maintenance, every 1000 hours of operation or every six months maintenance, in accordance with the rules and procedures.

4 ．When working, pay attention to observe the operation of the machine, so as not to cutter out of the prescribed range of travel or two collisions caused by accidents.

1. Wear labor protective equipment as required, and wear glasses that meet the regulations near the laser beam.
2. Do not process a material without knowing whether it can be irradiated or heated by the laser to avoid the potential danger of smoke and vapor.
3. Keep the laser, the bed and the surrounding site neat, orderly, workpieces, plates, scraps stacked according to regulations.
4. Put the fire extinguisher within easy reach; turn off the laser or light gate when not processing; do not place paper, cloth or other flammable materials near the unprotected laser beam.
5. In the process of processing found abnormal, should promptly stop, remove the fault or report to the competent personnel.
