Aijiren Tech crimps top headspace vials are available in a flat or round bottom style, with clear or amber glass. Headspace closures are available in pre-assembled caps with septums or can be ordered individually. Pressure release, seal with lining, and seal with magnetic lining is also optional.
The material of Headspace Vials is low extractable Borosilicate glass with a low expansion rate, high-temperature resistance, high strength, high hardness, high light transmittance, and high chemical stability. Headspace Vials are suitable for headspace analysis of volatile solids and gases.
The headspace sample vial is used for the headspace analysis, especially for the volatile samples. Generally, there are 6ml, 10ml and 20ml volume vials for selection, with round or flat bottom type. Both types are suitable for sampling, but the round bottom one is more adaptable for storing samples since it could undertake higher pressures and withstand high temperatures. The cap of the headspace sample vial must be properly and tightly pressed so that it will not affect the use of automatic instruments during the operation.
