Skunks and Fences: How to Keep Them Out

I recently installed a concrete fence post around my property for better durability and security. Everything is solid, but I’m wondering about wildlife — specifically skunks.

Does anyone know can a skunk climb a fence like this? I’ve heard mixed advice, and I want to make sure my yard stays skunk-free without harming them.
