Today, I get some news on my flooded McLaren P1 build that could change absolutely everything. A while back, I decided that the best way forward was to get rid of the car's hybrid system, because the stock high voltage battery was impossible to find, and it cost $150,000 from McLaren. Except today, I found THREE batteries for an absolute steal. The only catch is, I have no idea if they work or not.

Now all I have to do is test them, which is harder than it sounds because high voltage batteries are no joke. Thankfully, Rich Rebuilds and Electrified Garage agreed to help me test these questionable batteries if I brought them snacks.
