What are they waiting for, where is Windows 12?

Despite the false rumors, Microsoft is not actually planning to release an "AI Focused" version of Windows 12 soon. In fact there aren't necessarily plans for Windows 12 at all yet. But that doesn't mean we'll never get it. But what might it look like when it is eventually made, and when might that actually be? That's what I talk about in this video.
