Ministers unveil findings on foreign interference in UK politics after emergency review

Sir Philip Rycroft, a former senior civil servant, is to publish his review on how vulnerable British politics is to foreign interference, including through political donations.

The review was commissioned in December after the jailing of Reform UK’s former Welsh leader Nathan Gill for taking bribes to make pro-Russian statements. It will include proposals to bolster Britain's defences against foreign interference.
