A rep for Kristi Noem said the former Department of Homeland Security head is "devastated" after photos of husband Bryon Noem allegedly wearing fake breasts and women's clothing were published by the ‘Daily Mail’, with the outlet alleging that the 56-year-old had been living a double life where he chatted in online fetish forums with models.
