What happens to a person's estate when they die?

Estate administration is the procedure that takes place after a person's death. This procedure collects the decedent's probate assets, pays creditors, and then distributes the remaining assets to the decedent's beneficiaries in line with the decedent's will. A person can initially plan everything through estate planning on how to distribute their assets accordingly.
