Axel Rudakubana, the teenager charged with the murders of three children in Southport earlier this year, has appeared for a plea and preparation hearing at Liverpool Crown Court this afternoon, but was NOT asked to plea. The teenager appeared via videolink from HMP Belmarsh, but refused to speak when he was asked twice to confirm his identity. Rudakubana is also charged with 10 counts of attempted murder one count of possession of a knife and 2 terror related offences: the production of biological toxin, Ricin, and the possession of a PDF entitled 'Military studies in the jihad against the tyrants - the Al-Qaeda training manual' Rudakubana's trial is scheduled for January of next year. #Axel
