A Lip Reader Caught Kate Middleton Talking About Prince William

The royal family made a surprise group appearance at the Queen Victoria Memorial outside Buckingham Palace to mark the 80th anniversary of VE Day, and—much like The Avengers—the lip readers have assembled. The meh news: there is zero juicy drama to be found. The better news: everything that was said is pretty endearing and interesting–though at this point I'm pretty sure the royals know their public appearances are going to be lip-read, and therefore keep the topics of convo to...in this case...the literal weather.Neil Mockford//Getty ImagesMax Mumby/Indigo//Getty ImagesMe tuning into lip readers. Like, lip reading expert Nicola Hickling straight-up told The Sun that at one point Prince William told his youngest son, Prince Louis, "Look at this I think it's going to be quite wet today." To which Louis iconically replied "Wasn't this supposed to be fun" and William said "It is son." The heir to the throne then added, "you will never forget this" before explaining how the rest of the day would work: "They will come along here, and then go towards there, and then we will make our way back," Wills allegedly said. "It's not going to be long and I want you to be taking an interest." Oh, and apparently Prince George then chimed in with "I’ve got something in my eye."Meanwhile, Kate Middleton's conversations were also analyzed by Hickling, and apparently she turned to Princess Charlotte and said this: "Doesn't papa look smart today."Okay, Kate!!!Related StoryWills Feels Personally Betrayed by Harry
