Here's When Every New Episode of ‘The Studio’ Drops
Hollywood's at its best when it's making fun of its own absurdity. That might be why Seth Rogen's new satire about the film industry, The Studio, is being so well-received. The series was developed by Seth and his longtime comedy partner Evan Goldberg (they wrote the 2007 comedy hit Superbad together). It follows a newly appointed film studio exec, Matt Remick, who finds himself in his dream job after his boss gets ousted. But the dream gig requires him to juggle industry politics, celebrity egos, and big-budget projects—so life as the head of Continental Studios is not shaping up to be a walk in the park this season. The show stars Kathryn Hahn, Catherine O'Hara, Chase Sui Wonders, and Ike Barinholtz, but it'll also feature cameo appearances from several A-listers. Including (but not limited to) Zac Efron, Olivia Wilde, Zoë Kravitz, and Martin Scorsese (!!!) That's no lineup to scoff at, so it's understandable if you don't want to miss a single installment of this new comedy. When Did The Studio Come Out?The show's first two episodes were set to premiere on Apple TV+ on March 26, but the streamer did fans a solid and dropped them on March 25, a night early. Early releases like this are actually quite typical for Apple TV+. So while this series is technically airing on Wednesdays, if you check Apple TV+ as early as 9:00 p.m. the Tuesday night before each scheduled airdate, you might find new episodes already available.
