Brokers move to appoint liquidator to Solar21 companies behind proposed £275m plant

Investors in a key project of under-pressure energy company Solar 21 are to be told by their brokers that a move is being made to petition the High Court to appoint a liquidator to the so-called Project 2 Companies. Those entities were being used to fund a new waste-to-energy plant in England at a cost of up to £275 million.
