Pair accused of Rugby baby murder face more charges
A man and woman who are due to stand trial over the death of a baby are set to face further charges. One-year-old Isabella Stasiak was taken to hospital after suffering a cardiac arrest on 7 January and was later pronounced dead.Michal Stasiak, 26, of Blackwood Avenue, and 24-year-old Kinga Wydrzynska, of Johnson Avenue, both in Rugby, have been accused of murder and causing or allowing the death of a baby. They are now set to appear at Leamington Magistrates' Court on Friday with additional charges of two counts of sexual assault by penetration.
