I've mentioned it before, but this outfit is Dawn's on stream attire (So in essence it's basically her uniform).It has a very cozy pajama vibe to it...so she also uses it for night stuff like slumber parties or just lounging around the house on a lazy weekend.Dawn has very strong "polar bear" vibes to her, and it is in fact what her spirit animal would be in a hypothetical scenario where that would be relevant.To play on this, her logo is meant to be read as a stylized bear paw as well as a silhouette of a mountain in front of 4 diamond shaped stars. That's why the logo shows up on her sleeves, as when she hides her hands in them she can pretend to have big bear paws <3Plus it looks cute when her sweater has oversized sleeves like that.The ribbed keyhole top underneath is sleeveless. I'll probably draw a full breakdown of her outfit proper when i design an in-depth reference sheet for her.And again, it's funny that the main appearance of these outfits happens when I'm designing them for non-canon situations like this one, the chibi piece.
