Kat Dressing for Halloween

Still enjoying time with her friends from school, Kat decided to dress up for a Halloween party. Focusing on her clothes, she mentally reformed the atoms of her clothing to become a perfectly fitting corset and skirt. Her corset perfectly accentuated her cleavage.
