CEBU, Philippines – Cebu City officially opens the Sinulog 2026 Grand Parade on Sunday, January 18.
The launch of the celebration signals the start of festivities and performances from 37 contingents coming from neighboring towns, cities, and other provinces to offer their ritual dance prayers to the Child Jesus or the Senior Santo Niño.
