Yu Sheng can get pretty pricey during the Chinese New Year (CNY) period and EN Group is looking to patch this gap with their value-for-money Prospertiy Yu Sheng with raw salmon, starting from $38.80, available for self-collection across their group of restaurants.
We collected our order from their Aburi-EN outlet at VivoCity. They use premium raw salmon sashimi rather than the smoked salmon found in many other mass-market sets, and it pairs perfectly with the inclusion of fresh baby abalones and a crunch of fresh vegetables.

The set is designed for four people and is priced at $38.80++, offering significant value given the quality of ingredients.
For those looking to add even more luxury to the toss, there are options to add five pieces of baby abalone for $8.80 or extra five slices of salmon sashimi for $11.80.
