Nestled within the Flower Dome at Gardens by the Bay is the Michelin Starred Marguerite, serving creative cuisine in a romantic setting of flowers and waterfront views. On 14 February, guests can enjoy a five-course Valentine’s Day menu for both lunch ($148++ per pax) and dinner ($328++ per pax).
The meal opens with seafood, beginning with butter-poached Western Australian marron, followed by dry-aged Murray cod served with caviar and a light seaweed butter sauce. The main course features Satsuma A4 Wagyu beef, paired with a rich sauce enhanced with foie gras, creating a balance between depth and refinement.
For dessert, guests will enjoy Marguerite’s signature “Opera” desert, which was featured on MasterChef Australia last year. This dish is a layered creation of nutty hazelnut and chocolate flavours, topped off with a swirl of Jerusalem artichoke gelato to provide guests a one-of-a-kind sweet treat.
The experience is rounded out with champagne, welcome snacks, artisanal sourdough, and petit fours to enjoy on-site and take home. Guests also receive complimentary buggy transfers and free entry to the Flower Dome, ensuring a luxurious experience beyond the table.

Ichigo Ichie marks Valentine’s Day with a one-night-only artistic collaboration on 14 February 2026. Guests are invited to an intimate Seven-course kappo-style dinner ($388++ per pax) that brings together Japanese cuisine and live calligraphy.
At the start of the evening, calligraphy artist Showfu uses edible red ink to paint the Chinese Character “愛” (“love”) on a plate, which Chef Akane Eno then uses to present the first course. As the meal unfolds, diners experience not only a progression of seasonal dishes but also a performance that transforms food into an artistic medium.
Not only will guests witness an artist at work and get to savour a unique piece of edible art, they will also get to take home a part of the night with them; each guest will receive a hand-calligraphed menu folder as a keepsake.

For couples seeking a staycation to commemorate the day, PARKROYAL COLLECTION Marina Bay offers luxury accommodations and fine dining experience together in one. The Romance in Bliss Epicurean Dinner is a Four-course in-room dinner ($298++ per couple), available exclusively to weekend stay guests on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays until the end of February 2026.
This in-room dining experience comes with a bottle of Taittinger Champagne, and starts with a seafood platter on ice featuring snow crab, whole scallops, served in their shells, and rock lobster. The dish is followed by a creamy cauliflower soup, with toasted brioche and caviar, while the main course serves up a roast Sakura Chicken with mushrooms, pumpkin mousse, and black truffle sauce.
To close the meal on a sweet note, guests will receive the hotel’s classic St Honore cake, made of layered pastry, hazelnut praline, and cream, allowing guests to enjoy a restaurant-quality meal within the privacy of their room.

For a five-course degustation menu ($180++ per person), guests can visit Gordon Grill, located inside the classical European-style Goodwood Park Hotel. This special menu is available on 13 and 14 February, and guests can also opt for a meal with wine pairing ($215++ per person).
The menu starts with Hokkaido Sea Urchin, served alongside cauliflower, lobster jell-o, and caviar; and pasta gems with citrus maize and squid. A seafood course of Dover sole paired with red prawns and zucchini leads into a choice of main dishes: Wagyu short ribs with mushrooms and a risotto sphere, or Quail Ballotine served with Chanterelle mushrooms and barley risotto.
The meal concludes with a heart-shaped pavlova topped with berries.

Mandai Rainforest Resort is a recent addition to Singapore’s luxury hospitality space, and is certainly its most green one. Therefore, for Valentine’s Day, the hotel’s restaurant Forage has prepared a special Dinner Under the Stars experience, a five-course menu ($298++ per pax) limited to five tables per evening. From 13 to 15 February, guests can enjoy fine dining under the open sky, accompanied by champagne, handcrafted chocolates, and a polaroid keepsake alongside the food.
For those who prefer indoor dining, Forage also offers a four-course lunch ($88++) and an eight-course dinner ($238++) menu. A menu highlight includes the main dish of Tajima beef striploin, from the house of Tajima, renown for its stress free cattle rearing, and dessert, called the “Apple of my Eye”, a sweet treat poached with pinot noir , spices, and vanilla.

This Italian restaurant has a special ala carte dish and Valentine’s Day sharing set menu ($88 per pax) available for guests visiting on 14 February.
Publico’s sharing set menu features delectable delights like oysters topped with butter and herbs, house-made crab tortellini, and pan-seared duck breast served with a tangy cherry and strawberry sauce.
For those who prefer choosing their own meals, Publico will still have its ala carte menu, with a special heart-shaped pizzas in Diavolo and Margherita flavour to celebrate the night. A blind box of four bonbons will also be given to guests, providing a sweet treat for couples to enjoy together while soaking in the lively atmosphere and enjoying their in-house dj.

A few couples may be searching for stunning views and poolside dining. Momentous Hotel Alexandra provides just that and more with their floating bar experience ($118++), available for all.
On 13 and 15 February, guests can enjoy two hours soaking up the views from inside the hotel’s rooftop pool and sip on sparkling rose, while savouring a selection of canapes such as crab salad, oysters, spicy prawns, and artisanal cheeses.

Seafood fans will definitely enjoy MOXIE’s four-course meal ($188++), leaning into the fresh and rich flavours from the Mediterranean. The menu opens with smoked salmon mousse served in a crisp pastry shell, followed by foie gras terrine paired with caramelised figs and berries, balancing sweetness and savoury depth.
The main course features lobster baked in a creamy sauce, served with soft potato dumplings browned in butter, while dessert arrives as a raspberry and white chocolate dome, combining tart fruit with smooth sweetness. To accompany the meal, guests can also choose from specially crafted cocktails.
