President Donald Trump spoke to reporters after he made a mineral announcement inside the Oval Office on Monday. President Trump was asked about a recent phone call that he had with Vladimir Putin, the President of Russia. "I did call up President Putin," he said while explaining that Ukraine is "much colder than us." Trump went on to say, "They have a tremendous cold wave," adding that he asked Putin "if you wouldn't shoot for a period of one week, no missiles going into Kyiv or any other towns, and he's agreed to do so."
