A German Shepherd puppy managed to rip a patio door off its hinges after it could not contain its excitement for walkies.
Nine-month-old Koda was like a 'bull in a china shop' while waiting for his walk, owner Gillian Hearne said after the pooch had torn off her French door while her back was turned looking for the lead.
She then took out her phone to film the aftermath - jokingly saying: 'Get a f***ing German Shepherd they said. It will be fun.
'That's my f***ing door that he has just jumped off. He's literally pushed the f***ing door off the hinges.'
Undeterred, Koda playfully bounced around the back garden amid the 'carnage' at the home in Swansea, South Wales.
Miss Hearne said: 'I'd just finished work and I was getting ready to take him up to the field for a walk, turned my back to pick up his lead, and saw he'd knocked the French door off its hinges to get into the garden.
'I just turned around, looked at it, and said "Oh right, ok, we don't need the door do we?"
'There's no point getting angry and shouting, he's literally nine months old, he's a puppy and doesn't know.

Miss Hearne is getting a local company to come to fix the door
'He's been doing it since we had him, really, he likes to push the door open because he's impatient and I hadn't shut it properly.
'He hit it, but because he's done it so much, he's obviously damaged the hinges without me knowing, and it had just popped off.'
Miss Hearne does send the mischievous dog to training classes but he's still young so is still 'in the process' of learning.
She added: 'When he saw the lead, he got so excited, that he was like a bull in a china shop.
'He's a puppy, he's a German Shepherd, and they are loyal, well-behaved animals. They do take a lot of training and exercise, and you've just got to be patient when you're training them, really.
'Even though he does cause carnage, I'd never get rid of him, ever.'
Miss Hearne has now arranged for the door to be fixed by a local company.
She said: 'I told the guy what happened, and he said 'I've never had a dog do this to a door before'.
'It's just one of those unfortunate events.'
