A new luxury holiday resort is set to be built in the Cotswolds of Oxfordshire after securing a £24m development loan.
Zenzic Development Finance (ZDF), the development finance subsidiary of real estate credit investment firm Zenzic Capital, provided the capital for CABÜ.
The resort will comprise 51 one-, two- and three-bedroom self-catered eco-cabins, with amenities including a nature spa, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, shop, restaurant, two bars and a studio events space.
The 25-acre woodland site for the development is located on the eastern edge of the Cotswolds' Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, 15 miles northwest of Oxford.
CABÜ is owned and operated by London developers JP Ledwidge and Olivia Hutchinson.
The Cotswolds resort will be the brand's third following the openings of CABÜ by the Sea in Kent and CABÜ by the Lakes in County Cavan, Ireland.
There are plans to build ten resorts over the next five years.
The facility from ZDF will also fund the development of eight barn-style houses and two restored loft houses on an adjacent site.
Chris Blowers of ZDF said: "Beyond our traditional focus supporting SME housebuilders and developers deliver projects across a range of different real estate sectors, we are pleased to be partnering with CABÜ to help launch its third eco-tourism destination in one of the country's most popular tourist regions.
"The CABÜ management team has demonstrated exceptional capability executing this innovative concept and we hope to continue supporting them as they expand their business through additional developments in the years ahead."
JP Ledwidge of CABÜ added: "We are delighted to have found such a great funder in ZDF where our values and business ethos are so well aligned.
"We can see our relationship growing to be able to deliver exceptional schemes and look forward to working with Zenzic on our pipeline sites that are currently at the detailed design stage."
