Julia Fox’s Fashion at the Vanity Fair Oscar Party Through the Years

Julia Fox has mastered the art of the attention-grabbing outfit, especially when it comes to the Vanity Fair Oscar Party. She knows how to use her style choices to stand out—not just on the average red carpet, but even in next-level fashion crowds, like those lucky enough to nab an invite to the Vanity Fair Oscar Party. When everyone’s dressed to impress, it’s even more of a feat to set oneself apart from the crowd.

And yet, that’s what Fox has managed to do since her first time attending the exclusive event in 2020. That year, the Uncut Gems actor donned a sleek black Jean Paul Gaultier gown that combined a classic, elegant silhouette with memorable details and impeccable fit. A black 3D bow appliqué on one shoulder of her spaghetti-strap dress brought a standout style element, and her ears, neck, and both wrists were covered with gems. (Cut, in this case.)

Her fashion winning streak at the party has continued, with Fox carrying a clutch wrapped in human hair (yes, real human hair) and sporting a black prosthetic hand around her neck in 2022; wearing a massive black tulle headpiece that haloed her mane of long white blonde hair in 2024; and, at her most recent appearance in 2025, showing up in a nearly naked take on The Birth of Venus, with miles of strategically placed hair extensions wrapped around her body between layers of mesh that added a touch of modesty to her ensemble.
