Cannondale is restructuring its UK operations after its partnership with Saddleback comes to an end, after only 15 months.

Cannondale has ended its UK distribution agreement with Saddleback and will move to a direct-to-dealer model under Pon.Bike UK. In a statement detailing the departure, Saddleback said dealers will be able to access Cannondale through Pon.Bike's B2B platform from 16 April, while the Pon.Bike UK sales team will contact retailers shortly to manage existing backorders and future stock requirements.
The split comes just over a year into the distribution deal that was much celebrated. Saddleback, a distributor known for its premium portfolio of brands including Castelli, Chris King, Silca, Pivot, and Wolf Tooth, took on Cannondale alongside fellow Pon.Bike brand Focus in January 2025, following the closure of Pon's UK-based Cycling Sports Group in 2023, which had left Cannondale's UK distribution unclear.
