In January, a long-running legal case in Florida that ensnared Irish car-washing company No-H2O for nearly three years was dismissed, pulling the curtain on a lengthy saga for the Irish business. No-H2O is a waterless car-washing service founded in Ireland. Led by founder Emmet O’Brien, the company undertook a US expansion in 2018. It began raising money from American investors and franchising its brand in dozens of cities.
