Ingredients
125g butter melted and cooled
225g self raising flour
220g caster sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 eggs
125ml milk
500g peaches slices
125g raspberries
Method
Place the butter, flour, sugar and vanilla, baking powder, eggs and milk in a bowl and whisk until well combined.
Preheat the oven to 160 degrees.
Lightly grease a baking tin and use grease proof paper.
Spread the cake mixture into the tin, press down the fruit on top.
Bake for 50-55 minutes.
Allow to cool and serve with cream.
