At the Quayside Isle, Sentosa branch, whole rock lobsters come in garlic butter, black pepper, or chilli crab styles. The Bukit Timah outlet serves them steamed or grilled.

Ichigo Ichie – savour Chef Eno’s tribute to her mother’s love
Ichigo Ichie is a kappo-style fine-dining restaurant helmed by Chef Akane Eno. For Mother’s Day 2026, Chef Eno draws on personal memory rather than occasion-dining convention.
