Video: Fresh Finds at Sea Otter 2026 (Part 3)

Part three of our Sea Otter Classic coverage dives deeper into the sudden surge of interest in 32” wheels. Along the way, Neil checks in with REEB, Kenda, Neuhaus, Wolf Tooth, Stinner, and Vivo to explore new bikes, components, and prototypes that hint at where things might be headed next…

Wheels MFG

The third installment of our 2025 Sea Otter Classic coverage, presented with support from Wheels Manufacturing, checks in on several fresh bike and component releases. Otso’s updated Fenrir Ti now gets UDH compatibility, while its sister brand Wolf Tooth also highlighted new pedals and its premium Mark Zero project. Stinner revealed its long-awaited full-suspension bike, built around the 3VO platform with a steel front end and aluminum rear triangle—and the brand discussed the design challenges and possibilities of 32-inch bikes for a wider range of riders.

The episode then shifts toward drivetrains with Vivo’s founder showcasing the company’s high-end CNC-machined shifters and derailleurs, including a newer, lighter setup built around a compact linear shifter and reduced-weight rear mech. On a more playful and local note, we also look at a custom tall bike by Monterey Off-Road Cycling Association (MORCA), the nonprofit that helps maintain local trails and advocate for a permanent bike park in the area.

A major theme here—whether you like it or not—is the growing buzz around 32″ wheels, with stops at REEB, Kenda, Neuhaus, and Stinner highlighting how quickly brands are experimenting with the format. REEB showed off a prototype 32″ hardtail alongside its new Hall Pass trail bike, while Kenda introduced its new 32 x 2.4″ Dagger tire and made it clear they see the wheel size as more than a passing fad. At Neuhaus, Daniel shared the Nova 32 rigid mountain bike and teased a titanium Hummingbird 32.
