Zoe and Margot flashed a smile for cameras as they posed during the bash.

It comes after Zoe dethroned Scarlett Johansson as the highest-grossing actor of all time earlier this year.

The actress has overtaken Scarlett, 41, who rose to the top after Jurassic World Rebirth made $869M (£646M) worldwide last year.

Now, following the success of Avatar: Fire and Ash, Zoe has amassed $15.46bn (£11.50bn) worldwide - according to The Numbers.

This is also thanks to her action star roles in blockbuster franchises Avatar, Guardians of the Galaxy, Star Trek and Pirates of the Caribbean.

Zoe took to Instagram to share her gratitude with all those who helped her achieve the milestone.

She said: 'I just want to express my sincerest gratitude for the extraordinary journey that has led me to become the highest-grossing film actor of all time today.

'An achievement made possible entirely, entirely by the incredible franchises and the collaborators that I have been fortunate enough to be a part of, to every director who placed their trust in me.'

She then shouted out Star Trek's J.J. Abrams, Avengers directors Joe and Anthony Russo, Guardians filmmaker James Gunn and Avatar's James Cameron.

'[Thank you] for believing my potential for seeing something in me that I have not always seen in myself, and for challenging me to always rise to the occasion,' she gushed.

'Your faith, your guidance and your vision, they shape not only these films, but me as an artist.'

Zoe finished with a message to her fans, saying: 'Your unwavering support, passion and loyalty are the true foundation of this milestone.

'None of this exists without you showing up time and time again with open hearts and enthusiasm.

'This accomplishment belongs to all of us, and I'm deeply grateful and profoundly humbled. And may the next record breaker be another woman!'

Last year, Zoe won an Oscar for Best Supporting Actress for her show-stopping performance in Emilia Pérez.

She also made history as the first Dominican American to win an Academy Award.

The crime film, directed by Jacques Audiard, earned Zoe prizes at the Cannes Film Festival as well as a SAG award, BAFTA award, Golden Globes and Critics' Choice award.

As for upcoming projects, she has just reprised her motion-capture role as Neytiri in James Cameron's $400 million-budget (£346M) threequel Avatar: Fire and Ash, which amassed $1.23 billion (£1.06bn).

She will also star in the third season of Paramount+ series Lioness, Netflix romantic caper Positano, and Matt Ruskin's sci-fi flick Don't Forget Me Tomorrow.

Meanwhile, Scarlett nabbed the second spot with $15,401,507,141 (£11.46bn) box office after playing covert operation expert Zora Bennett in Gareth Edwards's sci-fi flick Jurassic World: Rebirth.
