Like Harry Styles and Zoë Kravitz, couples who wear niche caps together, stay together

Whether they're in Rome or New York City or anywhere else in the world, Harry Styles and Zoë Kravitz like to couple dress. Not in the obvious, A-lister sense. It's a lot more relaxed. More like they keep landing on the exact same idea at the exact same time. And this week in London, they did it once again.

Out in the English capital on a suspiciously sunny day – Styles with an iced matcha, Kravitz with a proper coffee – both reached for slogan baseball caps. Easy, everyday stuff – but not obvious. The British artist's navy one came stamped with “Gramercy Wines” wrapped around the insignia of the Court of Master Sommeliers. For those who don't know (which, let's face it, is probably most people), this is a London-founded institution that's basically the GOAT of the wine world. It's the sort of cap that doesn't exist unless you're in very, very specific circles, or you've got a knack for finding things that absolutely no one else even knows to look for.

The American actor, meanwhile, kept it mega niche too. Hers was the grey “Boy Next Door” cap from Idea – the London imprint that's carved out a culty following with knowing graphics and small batch collections that sell out as soon as they drop. Proper ironic, IYKYK stuff. And if you don't, you're probably not meant to. (Also perhaps a nice way to distract from that is-it-or-isn't-it engagement-ring shaped rock on her finger?)

And if you feel like you've heard of Idea before, that's probably because last May, Styles was spotted in another cap from the brand – this one reading “Techno Is My Boyfriend” – while witnessing Leo XIV become the new Pope. Because of course!

Most couple dressing is pretty on the nose. But Harry Styles and Zoë Kravitz? Yeah, this is something else. It feels like two very specific caps, picked independently, that somehow end up saying the same thing. And you know what? Sometimes we wish we were this in sync with our other halves.
