King Charles’ whirlwind American trip has seen President Trump charmed, and a speech to Congress that saw Charles raise the war in Ukraine, the role of Nato, and even mention limits on executive power.

So, has the state visit been a success? And will it change the way the President has been treating the UK? We spoke to the former ambassador to the US, Sir Nigel Sheinwald.
