Russia's May 9th Victory Day Parade was an uneventful day as Ukraine chose not to interrupt the event while so many foreign heads of state were in attendance. Xi of China and Putin of Russia re-affirmed their anti-Western alliance and again called for the end to the international rules based order in favor of future wars to redraw the world's maps.
