So ur gonna feel dead emotionally and physically 😂 Here’s the workout Squats 4x10 (go heavy) Kick backs 4x8 Hip abductors 4x10 RDLS 4x10 Ab circuit Crunches 20 Leg lifts 15 Oblique crunches 10 each side Repeat 3 rounds 15 minute sauna if you wanna cry by yourself and have ur body sweat and no one can tell ur crying😅😂💕 Seriously been feeling so low energy recently. Moving has taken a big toll on me and we’ll talk about it more in detail for my next YouTube video. But for now, the gym is always something that makes me feel better and gets me out of the house.
