US president Donald Trump dropped the trade agreement as the leaders spoke to the media, with UK prime minister Keir Starmer picking up the papers before Trump said the deal 'produces a lot of jobs, a lot of income'. 'I just signed it, and it’s done. And so we have our trade agreement with the European Union, and it’s a fair deal for both,' Trump said, referring to the trade deal between the US and the UK
