Israel plans to demolish houses and bridges in southern Lebanon | DW News

The Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz has said that he and Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu have ordered the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) to immediately destroy all bridges over the Litani River that are used for terrorist activities. The IDF has also been ordered to accelerate the destruction of Lebanese homes in border villages to thwart any threats to Israeli settlements, following the models of Beit Hanoun and Rafah in Gaza.
