A Russian Navy frigate, Admiral Grigorovich, was spotted escorting sanctioned oil tankers through the English Channel near the UK coast, raising tensions with Britain. The warship reportedly sailed between two tankers linked to Russia’s so-called “shadow fleet,” vessels used to transport oil and bypass Western sanctions imposed over the Ukraine war.
