There has been movement through the Strait of Hormuz for the first time since the US and Israel launched attacks on Iran seven weeks ago.
US President Donald Trump had announced the strait had re-opened, but the blockade in ships visiting Iranian ports would be kept in place.
In response Iran has reportedly shut the strait again, leaving the ceasefire agreement on a knife's edge.
